1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials, components, and purchased parts are reviewed before they enter production. Our inspection process may include checking appearance, dimensions, surface condition, material consistency, and basic functional requirements according to approved specifications and internal inspection standards.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production is monitored at key stages to help maintain consistency and reduce the risk of defects. Our quality checks cover workmanship, assembly accuracy, fastening, alignment, finishing, and other process-specific requirements applicable to fitness-related products. Inspection points are adjusted according to product specifications and customer requirements.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Completed products are inspected before packing to verify their overall condition and conformity with the approved requirements. Depending on the product, checks may include appearance, dimensions, assembly quality, operating performance, structural details, surface finishing, labeling, and the completeness of required accessories or components.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, finished goods are reviewed for correct quantity, product identification, packaging condition, and shipping requirements. We pay attention to protective packaging, carton markings, labels, and packing lists to help reduce the risk of damage, confusion, or missing items during international transportation.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality-related feedback from customers, production teams, and inspection activities is recorded and reviewed for appropriate action. When an issue is identified, we assess its cause, coordinate corrective measures, and follow up on the effectiveness of the improvement. This approach supports ongoing process refinement and more consistent quality for future orders.
